"Our dog was rescued from a very abusive situation. He is very anxious around anyone he doesn't know, and vet offices put him in a state of decline. Since he is healthy, I have always used a mobile vet who makes house calls, for annual check ups and vaccinations. Recently though, he became ill and needed the services that only a full service veterinary hospital can provide. I am so impressed with the staff at Vida. From Dr Hafer to the vet techs, and scheduling personnel, all were first rate. I was able to get my dog in the same morning. Everyone was so calm, and patient with our dog. I was amazed they could get the tests done they did without anesthetizing him. I was able to stay with him through most of the tests they ran, which reduced eveyone's stress levels. I recommend Dr Hafer and staff highly, and wish there were more stars I could give them."
