Our Team
Our staff is committed to transparency and inclusion with our clients. We take a different position on client education and make sure that our clients take an active role in deciding what is best for their pet rather than passively answering yes or no to offered estimates of care. Our mission is to enhance the human-animal bond.

Your First Appointment
When you walk through our doors, you’ll notice a calmer, more personalized environment than you may be used to. We’ve designed our process to minimize stress—for you and your pet.
From check-in to checkout, your visit happens in a private exam room, often with the same staff member guiding you through the entire appointment. You’ll never need to wait in a crowded lobby again.
Here’s how it works:
- Warm Welcome – Your pet is greeted by name and escorted to a private exam room.
- One-on-One Time – Your veterinarian reviews your pet’s history, performs a full exam, and discusses a personalized care plan with you.
- Ask Anything – We take time to explain, educate, and help you feel confident in any decisions ahead.
- Easy Checkout – Future visits, payments, and take-home instructions all happen right there in the room.
- Thoughtful Follow-Up – We’ll check in 24–72 hours later to make sure your pet is doing well and answer any lingering questions.
